There’s so much to be thankful for, especially all of you - our loyal customers. I’m also deeply grateful to our amazing staff who share my vision and have helped make The Edge the #1 Jewelry Store Management System in the industry. While becoming number one was never our goal, we’re thrilled it happened. Our mission has always been to help your store reach its full potential through our software In 2025, we’re adding short topical webinars to our training offerings. These webinars will be designed to fit into your busy schedules, allowing you to learn more about The Edge and discover new ways to benefit from its powerful features. We hope you can carve out just one hour a week to gain new insights and learn something new about the system that will help you get even more value from it. Your success is our reward. The more successful you are, the greater the reward for all of us. We want to make sure you’re maximizing The Edge to its fullest, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Exciting new features on the horizon One such feature includes the ability to automatically deliver key reports to the right individuals in your store on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You will soon be able to download filters set to ERA specifications and run these reports automatically. Additionally, we’ll be rolling out new features like in-store consumer financing, which virtually guarantees approval, as well as seamless sourcing, ordering, and receiving of merchandise - game changers that can help grow your business. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: when you win, we win too With your permission, we’d like to anonymously analyze the sales data of approximately 4,000 active Edge users to identify trends and best-selling products in each category. This will assist you in purchasing products with a high likelihood of selling. We’re also working with vendors to ensure they stock fast-moving items for immediate shipment, as well as provide co-op advertising and in-store trunk show events. Our Virtual Marketplace team will help implement these events and provide marketing materials to ensure their success. With 4,000 active Edge users, we know that despite the diversity of your businesses, there are common threads - challenges that we’re confident we can help solve together.
