To merge multiple Group / Mailing Lists:
- Click Customer > Find.
- On the Other Keys tab, click the Group / Mailing List drop-down and select all the lists you wish to merge.
- Click OK. A list of all customers from the selected lists will appear.
- Click the Group / Mailing List button at the bottom.
- To merge them all into an existing list, select that list and, when prompted to replace or append, click Replace.
- To merge them all into a new list instead, click New List and type in a name.
- After completing the merge, your original unmerged lists will still be there. See Groups / Mailing Lists: Deleting for the steps on deleting these.
