Groups / Mailing Lists: Merging


To merge multiple Group / Mailing Lists:

  1. Click Customer > Find.
  2. On the Other Keys tab, click the Group / Mailing List drop-down and select all the lists you wish to merge.
  3. Click OK.  A list of all customers from the selected lists will appear.
  4. Click the Group / Mailing List button at the bottom.
  5. To merge them all into an existing list, select that list and, when prompted to replace or append, click Replace.
  6. To merge them all into a new list instead, click New List and type in a name.
  7. After completing the merge, your original unmerged lists will still be there.  See Groups / Mailing Lists: Deleting for the steps on deleting these.
