Repairs typically consist of three steps:
- Initial intake
- Completion of work in back office
- Pick up
NOTES:
- You can use the Already Finished checkbox at Repair Intake to complete a repair in a single transaction. It will be immediately picked up and no subsequent transactions are necessary.
- The "Repairs Pick Up Only When Marked Done" System Option controls the mark as done requirement. Set this to false to pick up appraisals at any time. Doing so will mark the repair as done at the same time it is picked up.
