Calculations for Payroll


To run the Attendance report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Management > Staff > Attendance.
  2. Select the desired dates in the Date Range drop-down menu.
  3. If running for a specific associate, select that associate from the Associate drop-down.
  4. Make other selections as desired.
  5. Click OK to generate report.

You can also change how the hours are calculated from the default of Hours/Minutes to decimal to make it an easier calculation for payroll.

To make this change to decimal:

  1. Navigate to Administrative > System options > Time Card options
  2. Highlight the option labeled Show Elapsed Time as Hours and Minutes and set this to false.
