To provide even more value to retailers and consumers, BriteCo and The Edge have teamed up to create a speedy Appraisal process with a seamless integration that allows data and documentation to be imported directly from BriteCo, as well as offer customers an opportunity to obtain an Insurance quote on items directly from POS. BriteCo Appraisal enables you to create complete Appraisals directly within Edge at the time of sale using BriteCo technology with one-click. It also allows for seamless creation of off-the-street Appraisals from Edge. This integration lets you track In-Progress Appraisals through BriteCo, import them into Edge when ready to be processed, and manage Completed Appraisals in Edge. With BriteCo’s Insurance option, you can give your customers peace of mind with a click of a button by providing them with a BriteCo Insurance quote directly from POS. This convenience makes the insurance process much faster and easier for your customer, which is better for the protection of his or her new purchase.
Developed in relation to the Quick Appraisals feature, the BriteCo Quick Appraisals feature offers you additional convenience by allowing you to pull data directly from BriteCo into Edge to automatically populate the fields on the Appraisal Intake form. This provides a seamless integration between Edge and BriteCo, allowing you to track Appraisals on both the Edge side and through the BriteCo Dashboard.
New BriteCo controls will appear at the bottom of the Appraisal Intake screen at POS:
With the BriteCo Insurance System Option set, you can now have customer purchases sent up to BriteCo directly from POS, to then have customers receive a quote from BriteCo quickly and conveniently to the email address they provided.
Process a sale as normal, then make the selection to Send or Don’t Send the sale up to BriteCo for customers to receive their insurance quote.
