After your Preliminary (Prelim) Database has been thoroughly checked, your Conversion Coordinator will setup an appointment to pull another copy of your data. This will allow the Conversion Programmer to assess any issues found, evaluate if these can be fixed, then make the corrections needed to the converted data, if any. Your Conversion Programmer will be in touch throughout the process, keeping you informed of what the next steps will be regarding fixups.
If corrections are made to your data, you will be delivered a new Preliminary Database to test and approve before your Final Database can be prepared and delivered.
Once you have sent the Preliminary Database approval, your data is then locked in. You can expect the exact same data sent with your Final Database.
You may be subject to additional charges if requesting changes after sending Preliminary Database approval.
