Balances on Receipts


To show customer balances on receipts, you can enable the System Option below:

Go to Administrative > System Options > Receipt Options:

  • Set Show Balances on Receipts to True, which will enable balances to show.

There is a secondary option which you may want to enable.
In the case of a couple account (primary and spouse filled out) toggling the below option to true will only show the selected customer's open balances.

  • Administrative > System Options > POS Options > Show Only Selected Customer's Services - set to True.
    If you have this to false, the POS and receipt will show all open balances.

enlightenedThere is special consideration if you are a store which utilizes House Accounts in Edge.
