Follow the steps below when looking to change reward tiers for all customers:
- Navigate to Administrative > Rewards Program > Rewards Tiers.
- Click on the Rewards Tier you are looking to edit.
After you make the desired change, you would need to assign ALL customers to the new tier settings:
- Go to Administrative > Rewards Program > Assign Customers to Tiers.
- Select the tier you just edited, then leave the Customer Filter blank to move ALL rewards customers to that tier with the new settings.
If you have multiple tiers, such as a standard, silver, VIP, you can use the Customer Filter > Selecting the Rewards tab to only select customers which belong to the tier you edited.
