Add Image and Description to Layaway and Service Payment Lines Set this to True to print image and description on layaway and service payment lines.
Ask Before Printing Receipt Whether to offer a prompt or preview of a receipt before printing. True results in a prompt at point of sale with Yes, No, and Preview options.
Ask to Print Gift Receipt Whether to remind the associate to offer the customer a gift receipt.
Customer Owned Parts Print First On the receipt description, if a part is owned by a customer it will print first above the description.
Description Length Limit Allows limiting long repair or appraisal descriptions that appear on the receipt.
Description Maximum Height The maximum height of the printed description in inches.
Donation Disclaimer Text for a disclaimer printed with donated item descriptions.
Enable Emailing of Receipts Enable receipt emailing.
Giveaway Disclaimer Text for a disclaimer printed with giveaway item descriptions.
Number of Receipt Copies Number of copies of the receipt to print.
Number of Repair Photos to Print The number of photos to print on the repair receipt; the limit is eight.
Number of Repair Photos to Print on Envelope The number of Repair Photos to print on the envelope. No more than 4.
Omit “Receipt” from Receipts Whether the receipt should have the word “Receipt” on the top or not.
Preprinted Receipt/Gift Certificates Paper Whether preprinted forms are used and whether they include a logo.
Print Associate’s Last Name Whether the sales associate’s last name should appear on the receipt.
Print Barcodes Whether barcodes with transaction or customer info should appear on the receipt.
Print Descriptions on First Page Only Set this to True to print descriptions only on the first page of the receipt.
Print Notifications on Envelopes Whether to print notifications on envelopes.
Print Store Name on Preprinted Receipts If receipt paper is preprinted, then print store name on store copy.
Print Tear Guide Whether a dashed line should appear indicating where the receipt should be torn.
Receipt Date Format Format of printed date. Default: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM TT (e.g., 10/25/2023 12:52 PM)
Receipt Disclaimer Disclaimers (e.g., warranty limitations) or messages to include on the receipt.
Note: Type [blank] to insert empty lines before/after preprinted text.
Receipt Preview Whether the receipt should appear in print preview before being printed.
Repair Price Breakdown Whether to show part/labor/other breakdowns for repairs on receipts.
Repair/Custom Job Tax With Line Item Print repair taxes with the item instead of subtotal.
Reserve Height for Preprinted Name and Address Height to reserve for preprinted name/address.
Show Balances on Receipts Whether the customer’s balances should appear on the receipt.
Show Customer’s Address and Phone Number on Receipt Whether the customer’s address and phone number should appear on the receipt.
Show Customer's Email Address on Receipt Whether to print a customer's email address on printed receipts.
Show Discount Percentage Threshold If discount exceeds this amount, the discount will be printed on the receipt.
Show Discounts on Each Line Whether the discounts on each item should appear on the receipt.
Show Expired Rewards on Receipts Set to True to show expired rewards with expiration dates on receipts.
Show Individual Task Prices on Envelope Set to True to show individual task prices on envelopes.
Show Individual Task Prices on Receipt Set to True to show individual task prices on receipts.
Show Photos Whether to print item images on the receipt.
Show Store Credit Balance on Receipts Whether to show the store credit balance, if any, on each receipt.
Special Order Tax with Special Order Item Print special order tax with the item instead of subtotal.
Where to Print Anti-Piracy ID Controls where to place anti-piracy ID on preprinted forms. Required for all pre-printed formats and must include your name and store number.
