There are two reports you can run for reporting on sales tax manually updated with the Tax Override feature.
Sales Tax Report
Reports > Activity > Sales Tax
The Sales Tax report will separate out all transactions that have tax overrides under the section Tax Override. If you defined multiple manual taxes, check the Break Out Manual Tax option when running this report.
Sales by State Report
Reports > Activity > Sales by State
This report will breakdown the sales tax collected based on the state it was shipped to.
