Assigned Associate, Last Merchandise Associate, and Last Transaction Associate appear in the following places.
Customer Find Filter
On the Other Keys tab of the Customer Find Filter, these fields let you search based on the associate. This filter is used throughout the software, so you could, for example, export customers based on their associate.
Store Calendar
In Store Calendar Settings, this is used to define the Occasions Associate. This is the associate name that will appear when you use the calendar to text or email customers on their upcoming occasions.
Dashboards
On Dashboards, choose which associate to use when creating List View tiles for customer occasions.
Reports
Most reports can be grouped by associate.
