Be default, Location is required to be entered when scanning items during the Physical Inventory process. This option is controlled through your System Options.
You can disable this requirement with the steps below:
- Navigate to Administrative > System Options > Physical Inventory Options.
- Locate the option labeled "Require Physical Location for Inventory".
- Set this option to FALSE and click OK to save your changes.
