Customer Find: List View

After performing a Customer Find you will be presented with a Customer List showing all the customers that matched your search criteria.  The resulting list resembles a spreadsheet with customer data separated into columns.  This list is both interactive and customizable.

To customize this view:

  1. Rearrange column order by dragging and dropping column headers.
  2. Resize columns to desired widths.
  3. Hide columns by right clicking inside them and selecting Hide.  Right click again if you need to Unhide.
  4. Click Presets > Set As Default to make this the default list view from now on, or use Save Settings to save this view under a name so that it can be loaded as needed.

Buttons and options on this list view include:

Presets  Opens the Presets menu allowing you to make the current view the default, restore the original program default view, or save/load view settings under specific names for later use.
Edit Open the currently selected customer.
Add Opens the Add New Customer form.
Group / Mailing List Create and manage group / mailing lists.  See Group / Mailing Lists for more information.

  • Reassign Associates
  • Add/Remove from Web Uploads (Shopify, Clientbook, Podium only)

Print List Opens a Print Preview of the current list;  while it is possible to print lists, you will get more print-friendly output by using Customer Reports instead
