Customer Find: Merchandise Tab

Search customers based on their inventory purchase history.  Unlike the Amt Spent tab, this tab exclusively looks at inventory purchases and will not include service jobs or other non-inventory transactions.

As with all Edge filters, the search is cumulative and includes all criteria.  For example, you could search for customers that have purchased a wedding ring but have not purchased wedding bands.

Fields and options are divided into three sections.

Has Purchased at Least this Merchandise:

$ Amount Include customers who have spent at least this much
No. Items Include customers who have purchased at least this many items
Item Filter Opens the item filter where you can define more specific sold item criteria such as vendor, item type, category, etc.
Date Range Define the purchase history date range the software should look at;  only sales that fall in this range will be used when determining other criteria, such as $ Amount
Couple / Individual Controls whether purchase history should be calculated individually or as a joined account (couple)

Has NOT Purchased at Least this Merchandise:

$ Amount Include customers who have not spent at least this much
No. Items Include customers who have not purchased at least this many items
Item Filter Opens the item filter where you can define more specific sold item criteria such as vendor, item type, category, etc.  Only customers who do NOT meet this criteria will be included.
Date Range Define the purchase history date range the software should look at;  only sales that fall in this range will be used when determining other criteria, such as $ Amount
Couple / Individual Controls whether purchase history should be calculated individually or as a joined account (couple)

Last Transaction Activity:

Item Filter Opens the item filter where you can define specific sold item criteria
Date Range Include customers whose last transaction was in this date range
Couple / Individual Controls whether the last transaction should be looked at individually or as a joined account (couple)
