You will be provided a list of pre-saved reports when your database is delivered. These are referred to as Memorized Reports, which are Edge reports saved with specific filtering criteria. Follow the steps below to import and run Memorized Reports.

Import Memorized Reports
- At the top of your Edge screen, navigate to Administrative > Reports > Manage.
- Click the Supervisor button at the bottom of the Manage Reports window. From the Supervisor menu click Import Memorized Reports.
- From the Import Memorized Reports window click Browse. Locate the downloaded import file and click Open.
- The list of reports available for import will appear in the window. Select the desired reports for import by checking the corresponding box, or click All to import all reports then click OK.
- The imported reports will appear under a new report group named Imported Reports. Click Save/Close.
Run Memorized Reports
- Navigate to Reports > Imported Reports.
- Select the desired report. The report filter window will appear with required criteria already selected. Click OK to run the report.
